Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager’s main priority is to generate sales for ETHOS. This position plans, prepares, and executes sales and marketing strategies, goals, and budgets to achieve or exceed agreed upon sales goals, and works to ensure full execution of product sales and delivery and the integration of customer feedback.

The Business Development Manager represents ETHOS at meetings, conferences and trade shows to promote products; grows the business in revenues and profitability through identification of new opportunities, new account development, and the retention and growth of current accounts; prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales. The Business Development Manager will, from time to time, have the opportunity to perform additional tasks as requested by the CEO. These activities promote a learning environment and contribute to organizational succession planning.
